Wow, doesn’t seem like it’s been 4 days already! That means no chocolate for 4 days!!! Dang! :)
Ok, real quick…
Breakfast:
Me: Ez 4:9 pita, beef, spinach, cucumber sauce & strawberries (& tea with Stevia – getting use to it, now.)
Him: Spelt toast w/ butter & vegamite, 2 strips bacon, blackberries & 2 oatmeal cookies
Lunch:
Various things… Spelt bread sandwich, grapes, almonds, etc. Very yummy.
For dinner, I made talapia for the first time. I basically used this recipe, but I didn’t have corn meal & I used spelt bread crumbs. Also had a bunch of fresh veggies. It was all pretty good. I also made couscous for the first time. It was good!
Weight check:
Me – BMI 28 – goal of losing 21 lbs.
Him – BMI 22.3.
No groceries bought today. :)
